North Pembrokeshire

A fun day guiding 'up north' (at least up north for me!).

Started with 2 adult Black Guillemots in Fishguard Harbour, around the Stenaline terminal.  Initially on the water, they then flew up and sat on the harbourside. Failed breeding attempt?

A Dipper showed well on the Gwaun a few hundred metres upstream from the Lowertown Fishguard road bridge, and another flew upstream.

Crossbills were seen at Coed Glynaeron (1) and Ty Rhyg (4).  A family party of 5 Whinchats were near Rosebush, wonderful to see them together.
