On January 29th I was lucky enough to see what I am pretty sure was the Gyr Falcon.
The bird was in our garden at Honeyborough in Neyland, sitting on our garden wall, he then flew down into the field behind our house and sat there for approx' 20 mins.
I have been looking out for him ever since but no luck so far.
Keep looking folks, looks like it may still be around!
