Dale Airfield (25 Sep 11)

No sign of the Buff Breasted Sandpipers this morning (0900 - 1030).  In fact no sign of any waders whatsoever.  Lots of Wheatears, Skylarks and Meadow Pipits and a red helicopter that kept buzzing the West end of the runways (just where the waders were supposed to be!).
