Yesterday evening a Great Spotted Woodpecker in the valley and on the telegraph poles. Our second of the autumn.
Probably half a dozen Goldcrests in the sallows, a couple of Blue Tits, Robins, and a large family of Stonechats, mainly rather scruffy young. Also a Chiffchaff and a Willow Warbler.
