Ring tail hen harrier here today. Also 1 white wagtail, 2 grey wagtails, 1 merlin and a female bullfinch of note. Good skylark movement this morning, 100+ birds heading west, plus good numbers of chaffinch going over, 13 siskin and 2 brambling. Single chiffchaff and fieldfare. 2 snipe.
A huge flock of starlings could be seen from the island as it wheeled over St Davids head then moved inland. Easily 2,000+ birds.
