The Scaup Dave found yesterday, still on the North irrigation pond with 5 male Tufted. There is also another what appears to be, an aythya duck, which was frustratingly showing itself from "around the corner" as it were & then diving. Could this be the Ring Neck that was noted in the hide logbook & on birdguides? I dunno, windy conditions buffeting me & my scope didn`t help. Also 1 male Pochard. No sign of the Glossy for a couple of days, I suspect it`s keeping out of the wind.
