We are very saddened at the loss of such an Icon of Pembrokeshire’s Natural History. More importantly Stuart was a dear friend to so many of us. Always willing to stop, have a chat, and, share his knowledge. He put so much of his free time into the Mid Pembs and Bird group Sections of the Wildlife Trust. His lovely ‘yarns’ of the past go back to Ronald Lockley – Stuart was a real genuine ‘Pembrokeshire Boy’. All thoughts are now with his nearest and dearest.
