6 red kites over the island this morning. 1 little egret went south along with a single golden plover. 4 spotted flycatchers, 6 sedge warblers, 10+ whitethroats (in addition to the breeders), 1 collared dove, 5 blackcaps, 10 willow warblers and 2 chiffchaffs. Less hirundine movement than yesterday but still small numbers of swallows, house martins and swifts going through.
