Teifi - Common Sandpiper

The wintering Common Sandpiper was seen at Jewsons and St. Dogmaels Quay, unless two birds ?
Little Egrets now up to five, four of which were feeding with sheep in the wet fields. One Shelduck back and five Little Grebes around the estuary. From the Webley one metal ringed adult Med. Gull, and 100 Wigeon.
On Patch, four Turnstone, 13 Dunlin, and 12 Ringed Plover. On the Reserve at Creek Hide, 60 Teal and three Goldeneye. Still a great Lapwing count with c1000 generally opposite St. Dogmael's Quay or on the fields behind.
