Marloes Mere: Pretty quiet 10 gadwall and a Mute swan. A Red kite was quartering the field behind the Britton hide and settled to pick at something. c400 Lapwings being spooked by Peregrine. A Peacock butterfly along the track.
Gann: Pickleridge Pools - 18 P-B Brent, 50 Teal, 10 redshank and 2 Shelduck.
Llys-y-fran: Bumped into Rob and Andy (Bath), who'd already met a couple of local birders at Newgale. Unfortunately no sign of any Kumlien's this evening, but the Ring-billed and Yellow-legged gulls was some consolation.
