We didn't venture down to the Teifi Marsh this evening, stayed at home instead. Interesting too...
We wouldn't have recorded the movement in such detail but 28 new Goldfinches here in Boncath and 32 new Goldfinches in St. Dogmaels. Many were heavy birds with fat, and I didn't catch a previously ringed bird.
One Lesser Redpoll caught too.........a control, so not ringed locally.
