A great dawn on the Teifi Marsh this morning, 4+ Grasshopper Warblers reeling, 2+ Sedge Warblers, the usual 4/5 Cetti's Warblers singing - but top bird so far a control second calendar year female Cetti's Warbler. Did she arrive last Autumn /Winter, or arrive this Spring ?
Already by 8am, c100+ Sand Martins hawking the midges.........and enjoying the sun !
