Preselis & Gwaun Valley

A nice afternoon out guiding in the north of the County.  Highlights included singing Lesser Redpolls (aplenty), brief male Redstart, singing Tree Pipit (at Rosebush Quarry), 2 Cuckoo, a cracking male Whinchat, 2 Red Kite (one with wing tags but impossible to read in flight - looked like white writing on black background) and lovely family party of Grey Wagtails.  At the Nevern Estuary 4 2CY Black-headed Gull and at least 4 Whimbrel.
