A cracking male blue-headed flava wagtail was on the Mill Pond this morning - this is the 3rd different yellow wagtail on this pond in a week (a male and female flavissima being the others). Also today of note - a cuckoo, 2 sedge warblers and a flock of 40 chough again
Our house martins that bred for the first time in 2013 are back and look to be settling down again (poss 2 pairs this year)
