The totals for the day came to one Snipe, seven Whimbrel, one Curlew, one Common Sandpiper, one Black-headed Gull, 1651 Puffin, 11 Skylark, seven Sand Martin, 78 Swallow, a White Wagtail, two flyover alba wagtail, the lingering female Black Redstart, the first two Whinchat of the year, 12 Wheatear, a Grasshopper Warbler, eight Sedge Warbler, three Blackcap, a Whitethroat, seven Chiffchaff, ten Willow Warbler, a Goldfinch, a Linnet and three Lesser Redpoll.
