Spent sometime observing what appeared to be an extended family of 14 Chough on the cliffs adjacent to the YHA this morning, a mix of adults & juvs. What I`ve always found interesting about them is they seem to enjoy life - flying`s a pleasure, not just a means of getting from A to B & a structured social life too.
At the Mere, just two Black Tailed Godwits flying over.
