The 8 Redshanks were in the pools, along with 4 adult Shelduck and great to see the pair with 3 well grown young, 7-8 BH gulls, 2 young herons and an adult chough feeding a noisy youngster on the grassy spit. Earlier today a single Redshank at Cosheston Pill and 6 BH gulls.
