A hot and humid morning with a few birds about. A Wryneck showed well at the Kissing Gate out to the Head and there were Hobby, Whinchat, Rock Pipit (6) and Spotted Flycatcher (3), Also  Ringed Plovers (6) and Sanderling (6) on Whitesands beach.
