Marloes Mere to the Deer Park and back this morning. The
7 White-fronted geese flew from the mere and dropped into Trehills fields. 120 Lapwing. A
Brambling with flock of 20 Chaffinch by Britton hide. Seemed to be a few Blue tits around (c20). 12 Chough on Deer Park. 2 Merlin, one on the Deer Park and possibly a different bird sat in the same field as the Lapwing. c50
