Preselis, Gwaun Valley, Fishguard Harbour

a morning out checking some key sites was very productive.  Highlights included a pair of Redstarts, 2 Cuckoos, a really showy singing Garden Warbler, several Lesser Redpolls, a crisp singing Pied Flycatcher, a family party of Dippers and to finish 3 Black Guillemots in Fishguard Harbour.  The Dipper encounter (in Fishguard Lower Town) was enthralling: a juvenile being attacked by a Carrion Crow but surviving the encounter, Mum & Dad going berserk.  All ended well.
