Stunning seabirds around Skokholm yesterday evening: skeins of auks flying in from feeding interspersed with weaving Manx Shearwaters. On our way out past St Ann’s Head we came across a lone puffling looking rather lost on the water. Hard to avoid the conclusion that Guillemots are rather more dutiful parents.
