A touch of Autumn migration at Trefin. First thing a group of 30 Golden Plover appeared from the north and flew inland at Square & Compass. Later another group of 7 plus a group of 7 Snipe heading west. A steady trickle of Skylarks and a few Grey Wagtails followed. 3 Jays passing was unusual. A Merlin reported from Abercastell.
