The Gann - sort of..

Went down just after 3pm, Two Brents (ring free) a single GC Grebe & 14 Wigeon on the sea, quite a large Gull roost - the usual - with around 10 Med Gulls therein. Jackdaws everywhere could`ve been c1500 or more all very vocal. No Whoopers present so I wandered up to the airfield to find it empty though not surprising given the r/c flying club`s presence so it would seem they`ve moved on, I returned to the Gann to see if we`d crossed paths but no Whoops, just Brian  hopefully looking for a Spoonbill so we had a look around but nothing much doing just a few Waders. On the way home a sizeable Starling flock strung out across the sky (10,000?) difficult to quantify but looked like they were heading to Castle Martin from Marloes.
Other Stuff ; 2 Kingfishers at the Gann last night - after missing the Spoonie by 10mins & 2 Polecats, both early morning one on Wednesday close to home tracking a Rat down the road & one this morning near Dale, both seemed to be young / female.
