A colour-ringed gannet
YELLOW G386 (dead unfortunately) was found on Freshwater West beach by Andrew Weaver on 11 August. The metal ring details have been supplied to the BTO and the basic Euring report was copied to Paul Culyer of NRW.
Perhaps it was a victim of the recent storm? Any Grassholm connection we wonder?
