Since Wednesday last, a relatively small number of observers both local and distant, regulars and first timers have put in much effort; Culminating in coverage between 7am and 5pm this Sunday 29th. First hand reports drawn together include: daily Balearics & Sabine's; full set of Skuas, Great Scaup (with Scoters), GN & R-t Divers, six Tern species, with Sandwich measured in many hundreds overall. A notable jump in Juv Gannets moving in past three days as was a perceived shift - just today- to that movement being in company of adults. Highlights might be Feas Petrel and Roseate to single observer on Wednesday. With some nine persons shift working the scopes for today's count of well over 160 Skuas, (inc two Long-tailed) and two Sabs. Personal highlight was adult Peregrine making very serious lethal attempt on an Arctic Skua and the relaxed 22 Chough swirling an ascent to the car park.
