Saturday evening: 2 Kingfisher, 2 Dippers, 2 Grey Wagtails. And Chiffchaffs all down the river hawking for flies and calling.
It seems to have been a good breeding season for Tawny Owls: at one stage I had four separate individuals all within c.250 metres calling and squeaking!
