Orange 2A05, at Newport yesterday, is the first UK ringed Common Gull I have seen there. I've mentioned previously that all but 1 of the other 20+ birds I've seen have been from Norway.
This bird was ringed as a breeding adult in Aberdeenshire in July 15. The only other report was from c30 km away in Oct 2017.
