After an early start to knock off my Cosheston Pill WEBS before Storm Ciara, I went to check on the firecrests. Mike Davey had the same idea and had already located two along the stream opposite the church, one by the scaffolding where I saw the first one on 29 December. We then watched one as it worked the pink house's laurel hedge, stopping a couple of times to preen. This was my best effort, hopefully Mike managed better.
