The Male bird that`s been around a while flew North across the Dale road at the Walwyn`s Castle junction as I was heading towards H /West around 16:30 this afternoon. Just as well I had my new "Birders against cruelty to wildlife" T-shirt on with the said bird as it`s logo!
Earlier at St Brides I met James Roden who`d had a look for the RN Duck on the small pool - which was absent, however the Scaup was there.
