There were around 20 large gulls on the river just above the footbridge (or what remains of it), I decided to set the 'scope up just to check their legs (note to editors: checking birds legs at the Gann seems to be a calling of mine these days)....and bam, a yellow colour-ring on one of the few Lesser Black-backed Gulls present. 8K:W was ringed on Skokholm as part of a tracking project there in 2014.
