Three Pochards, 2 drakes and 1 female were a surprise at sunrise on the river by Priory Bridge. Not so suprising but nice to hear the first Sedge Warblers this morning too.
Hirundine movement picked up again today, peak count was at c730pm with 100 Sand Martins and a few Swallows.
