The highlight of yesterday's constitutional at Orlandon was a pair of Swallows heading towards Marloes. Otherwise quiet on the migrant front - lots of Chiffchaffs but nothing else since several Blackcaps nearly a week ago which only stayed for a day. A party of 10 Linnets has been visiting the garden for a few days - the males in full breeding plumage but clearly not breeding yet.
