Noted Richard's post yesterday and it does seem that Greylags are very noticeable at the moment. We've had 2 on the Quarry pond here and 3, this morning, on our pond and up to 4 for a couple of weeks at Heathfield, up the road. Only the 2nd or 3rd records for either site I'm aware of. Lesser Whitethroat completed the list of common Warblers at Heathfield yesterday - nine species.
