Very quiet at Kilpaison this morning with a couple of hours to go to high tide, just a half dozen Dunlin and a few Ringed Plover.
Round at Angle Harbour on the shingle spit 14 Med Gulls (all adults) in with the roost of c.60 Black Headed Gulls and 10 Redshank.
