A look c2 hours before high tide, birds still arriving from various feeding sites around the estuary produced 110 Ringed Plover, 190 Dunlin, 9 Sanderling, 1 Turnstone and 1 Whimbrel. Hoping for some Terns on the falling tide... As expected a 20 minute seawatch of the estuary mouth produced numbers not variety - that may be Sunday, but 1500 Kittiwakes and 600 Gannets moving west.
