The juvenile Osprey put in an appearance again mid afternoon, 3 times unsuccessfully trying to bag itself a mullet on the lagoon before heading up towards Mullock (after being harassed by corvids). Managed to photograph the ring (which looks to be from the UK), white either 422 or 4ZZ on a dark blue ring on the left leg. Have sent the details in, hopefully it will be enough to identify which bird it is.
Med Gull 32EN which was still present today, was ringed in Antwerp, Belgium, in May, seen there in June, then Slapton Ley in Devon in July before turning up here.
