Another Caspian Gull at the Gann

You wait 32 years to see one - and then 2 come along in 9 days!  A smart adult Caspian Gull at the Gann early afternoon, on the beach with other large gulls.  Clearly a different bird, as it conveniently had a yellow colour-ring with X290 on it, showing it to be the same bird as seen by Sam at the Nevern Estuary in July 2017, and prior to that in Ceredigion in March 2017.  All of my favourite things rolled into one - gull, rare, colour-ring!

Also 2 red-head Goosander today, seen in the river by the footbridge and out in the bay.
