Gann

As expected the 2 Whooper Swan did not stay long, departing towards Marloes not long after Lisa first saw them.  A single Brent Goose was equally brief.  Happily the drake Goldeneye remains, and there were at least 30 Mediterranean Gull on the beach late afternoon, one sporting a red colour-ring, perhaps the one from Hungary that has recently been here (H62N).  A brute of a Yellow-legged Gull (2CY) was amongst a fairly sparse group of larger gulls, having a particularly vigorous wash and brush up.
