Rosebush: 9 Tufted duck (8m, 1 fem), 3 Goldeneye (m, 2f), 20 Teal, 3 Little grebe, 2-3 Coot and a Moorhen.
Llys-y-fran: The Ring-billed gull was already on the water when Paul and I arrived around 2:30 and typically slept for the whole time we were there, giving one brief view of its bill. 6 Yellow-legged gulls (5 adult, and a 3cy). No Meds and just a single 1cy GBB. The roost was slow to build with only 2,000 gulls at 4pm, but as the light faded more gulls drifted in from the south to finish on 4,800 at 4:30. A Whooper swan flew in over the dam to roost just as the light had all but gone, first I've seen here I think. Otherwise: 5 Lapwing, 4 GC grebe and a single Greylag.
