We arrived back yesterday to be greeted by four Red Kites over North Haven and a max count of 15 Chough over the Neck. Today has been a beautiful day on the island. We had a wing tagged Marsh Harrier (Orange IL) hunting in North Valley for most of the day. A Great Northern Diver off Pigstone Bay was a little unexpected. One Chiffchaff and one Goldcrest were the first of the spring. There were also three woodcock, a ringtail Hen Harrier, one Red Kite and seven Robin.
