Castlemartin Corse

An early singing reed warbler here too this morning. Lots of song including three Cetti's - one, in the E-W hedge/ditch near the hide, I've been stalking for a photo for weeks, without success. Three wheatears, several sand martins. A buzzard the only raptor. Thankfully the annoying heifers have moved to a field on Gupton at least for the time being.

PS BirdTrack says Reed Warbler "unexpected on this date in Pembrokeshire". It was a surprise to me too. In the reedbed past the hide- I stood there listening for some time!
