A Curlew Sandpiper on the Gann lagoon early afternoon, at the top end in the company of a Redshank. Unusually for spring (not that we get many in spring) it was in winter plumage. Looks like it is a second calendar year (2CY), not a common plumage in the UK? (Dave, Lisa, Owen & Glynis Roberts)
