My first thought is a leucistic wood pigeon
Editor: Any thoughts anybody? I first thought of domestic pigeon but the size seems wrong. Whatever it is it doesn't look very happy!
Here is Richard Ellis's comment: Very odd – the lack of hind toe suggests to me not a passerine at all, more some sort of exotic poultry? You couldn’t perch on a branch with feet like that.
