Had a quick look at Llanstadwell (Neyland) on Sunday morning on the way to catch the boat, and the nearest bird was an adult Black-headed Gull with a yellow colour-ring. I didn't have a 'scope with me, but the trusty Sony RX10iv came up trumps: TC74. The bird was ringed as a nestling just outside Warsaw in Poland (GPS 52.29304000; 20.78415200) on 12th June 2015. It was seen at Neyland on 23rd July 2018 (I have no details of observer). There have been no other sightings. A whopping 1,752km from where it was born!
