Llys-y-fran

Bit of a drizzly, misty visit this evening brought the gulls on the water a little bit earlier. A lot more BH gulls with 600 at 4pm, more appearing as darkness fell, an adult Med gull among them. Similarly 3,500 LBBs at 4pm, and many more when I left. 3 Common gull (2 1w and an adult), again 4 Yellow-legged gulls (2 adult, a 3w and a 1w). What looked like a leucistic LBB had me going for a moment.

A Pink footed goose had tagged onto the 4 Barnacles among the Canada flock. 2 GC grebe and a first female Goldeneye of the autumn. Lots of Redwing in the hawthorns but no sign of any Fieldfares here, however there were good numbers earlier this morning on the dog walk in H'west and on a holly bush by Tescos.
