Llys-y-fran

The RB/LBB hybrid appeared in the roost again this evening along with a good count of 7 adult Yellow-legged gulls. The main roost first formed towards the dam end before stretching up to the hide, a rough count was 4,000 gulls in total, majority LBB but a greater number of Herring gull including many first winter birds. 6 Common gull, (4 adult and 2 1w). 2 Little grebe and same of GC grebe. Only duck were 25 Mallard. No sign of the Ring-necked duck at Rosebush earlier but could well be sat out of sight. With Paul and George M. Yesterday 3 Tufted duck, Marloes Mere and c200 Lapwing in Trehills fields.
