Carew Greylags (cont.)

The great greylag adventure continues - it is becoming an(other) obsession. Yesterday they flew over at 08.00 sharp - 60-odd, but hard to get an accurate count. Today I was outside with the camera at 07.55.  At 08.02, 4 flew over slightly to the west. Then a V-formation of 24, which merged with a group of 19. Then a 12, then an 11 - 70 greylags! Somewhere between the Ridgeway and the south coast are 70 greylags feeding.

Update - 16.50 They have just all flown north, in one long extended line - amazing.
