Lisa and I had 12 Whooper Swan over the Gann this morning, they continued out over the bay towards Dale Fort and were lost to view. The clearly turned around, as Huw Lewis had them this afternoon at Marloes Mere on the largest bit of open water. The final sighting was at 4pm when Peter Smithies had them over Trehill Farm. Huw was able to confirm that they were all adults.
Also 3 Great Northern Diver at the Gann in the bay, and the Hooded Crow continues. A decent flock of around 110 Lapwing over the sandpit fields next to the saltmarsh, and another 25 at Sandy Haven.
