Paul and I met up with Steve J and Cliff B at the Dowrog this evening hoping for some raptor action, and we were treated to nice views of a Short-eared owl between 5:40-6:15pm plus brief distant views of a second bird to the south. Only a single ringtail tonight which appeared at 5:15pm and flew across east to west before dropping straight down to roost. A Kestrel earlier and small flock of Fieldfare. The Cattle egret was still near Hendre Eynon.
