Marloes peninsula - migrants in the mist

Circuit this morning hoping for some migrants. Mist and drizzle with brief bright spells. Quietish on the way out but an obvious arrival of Wheatear as I came back off the Deer Park around 12:30. 17 in total between here and the mere some sparkling males and single female. 7 Chiffchaff inc 2 singing birds. 500 Golden plover flying around all morning, 2 Ruff on the mere among the Lapwing (one cream headed, the other with a white band at base of bill, only heads showing in the vegetation). What sounded like the puu-puu-puu of a LRP hidden in the mist. Dozen Snipe. 4 Tufted duck (3male). Something flushed all the duck and bathing gulls but too misty to see what. A ringed Meadow pipit (metal ring right leg) on the Deer Park.
